Plain English, no small print
What you get, what it costs, and how to stop.
This is the whole agreement. If anything here isn't clear, call me before you pay — not after.
What's included
- A one-page website built for a phone screen, with tap-to-call
- Your services, service area, hours and licence number
- A quote form that emails straight to you
- Hosting, domain, SSL and backups
- Your Google Business Profile claimed and kept current
- Unlimited small changes — text me and I'll do it
What it costs
$150 a month. No setup fee. It renews monthly on the date you started.
Or $900 once and you own it outright — files and all. Hosting after that is $25 a month, or take it elsewhere and pay nothing.
How long it runs
The monthly plan is a 12-month term. After that it continues month to month and you can stop any time with 30 days' notice.
The domain is yours
It's registered in your name from day one, not mine. If you leave, you take it with you and I hand over the files. There's no hostage situation and no fee to get your own name back.
What I need from you
Your phone number, your licence number, your hours, and six to eight photos of your own work. About fifteen minutes of your time. I can't finish the site without them.
What I don't promise
I can't guarantee where Google ranks you, and anyone who says they can is selling you something. What I can promise is that when somebody searches your business name, they'll find you — and that the site loads fast on a phone and the call button works.
Proposal pages
If you got a letter from me with a QR code, that page was built for you before you'd agreed to anything. It's hidden from search engines and isn't your official website. If you'd rather it didn't exist, reply and I'll delete it the same day.
