Three steps, about a week
You're busy. Almost all of this is on me — your part adds up to one phone call and about ten minutes with your camera.
We talk for fifteen minutes
What you do, where you'll drive to, what you want the phone to ring for. If you're licensed and insured, I need those numbers — customers look for them.
I build it and send you a link
Usually two or three days. You look it over on your phone, tell me what's wrong, I fix it. No charge until you're happy with it.
It goes live and I keep it running
Domain pointed, Google profile claimed, and you have my number. Something needs changing a year from now, you text me — that's what the monthly covers.

- Who owns the site?
- You do. The domain goes in your name from day one. If you ever want to leave, you take the site with you and I'll hand it over — no hostage situation.
- Why monthly?
- Because a site that nobody touches for two years stops working. The monthly covers hosting, the domain, and me actually changing things when your business changes.
- What if I already have a Facebook page?
- Keep it. But a Facebook page doesn't show up when somebody searches "water heater repair Arvada", and it can't take a quote request at midnight.
- Do I pay before I see it?
- No. I build it first and send you the link. You pay when you've seen it and you want it.
- Am I locked in?
- The monthly plan is a 12-month term — that's what lets me skip a setup fee. The $900 buy-it-outright option has no term at all.
